This website is operated by Lofte Automation LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company doing business as Lofte AI. By using lofte.io, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this covers, and what it does not
These terms cover the public website: the pages, the 2-Minute Business Audit, the WILT chat assistant, the booking scheduler, and any other free tool we put here.
3. Nothing here is an offer or a guarantee
Information on this site, including the audit result and anything WILT tells you, is general and for information only. It is not a quote, a contract, or professional advice. Pricing, scope, and timelines only become real in a signed agreement.
The audit is an estimate based on the handful of answers you give us. It is not an audit in the accounting sense, and it is not a promise of any particular result.
4. The WILT chat assistant
WILT is an AI assistant. It is genuinely useful, and it is also capable of being confidently wrong. Please treat its answers as a starting point, verify anything that matters, and do not rely on it for legal, financial, tax, or other professional decisions.
Do not put sensitive personal information into the chat window. Conversations are processed by a third-party AI provider as described in our Privacy Policy. We may limit, pause, or shut off the assistant at any time.
5. Acceptable use
Use the site the way it is meant to be used. Do not:
- Submit false information, or someone else's information without their permission.
- Attempt to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the services behind it.
- Use the site or the chat assistant for anything unlawful, abusive, or harassing.
- Use automated tools to submit forms or flood the chat assistant.
- Copy, resell, or republish our content, tools, or materials without written permission.
We may block access or remove submissions if we believe someone is misusing the site.
6. Your submissions
You keep ownership of what you send us. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for: producing your audit result, replying to you, and discussing possible work together. You confirm you have the right to share what you send.
7. Our content
The site, its content, the Lofte name, and the Lofte logo belong to Lofte Automation LLC. You may read, share links to, and quote reasonable excerpts of the site with attribution. Everything else needs our written permission.
8. Third-party links and tools
The site links to and embeds services we do not control, including a booking scheduler. We are not responsible for those services or their content, and their own terms apply when you use them.
9. Availability
We provide the site as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or up to date, and we may change or remove any part of it without notice.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and its free tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Lofte Automation LLC and its members are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of your use of this website or its free tools. Our total liability relating to the website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100).
This section applies to the website and its free tools only. Liability for paid client work is addressed in the services agreement for that work.
12. Indemnification
You agree to cover us for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms or of applicable law.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Minnesota, and you agree to that jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
